Needed a survey done at our home for a pool and fence. Needed it done in two weeks. They were out the next day and had my completed paper work emailed to me before our agreed time frame. Originals in the mail. Very quick to respond and extremely friendly team. I highly recommend this company.

I truly had no idea what I was doing to get a survey Mindy was the best help ever I called her on a Friday they did it on Tuesday had the paper back Wednesday. Needless to say being new at this I had to call her several times to ask questions and was always very nice and professional do not hesitate to use this company at all.

Clint and Shane called in advance and gave their time of arrival almost to the minute. They both introduced themselves and without delay they started the property border survey. They identified markers placed back in the 50's and confirmed their measurements were accurate. And we talking to the hundredths of an inch. (Line of Sight measurements I do believe are to the thousandths) When it was discovered 3 rear yard markers had been removed they both worked to line up new markers so we could have a complete 4 point property border survey completed.

It wasn't a surprise to find back yard markers missing. They documented the primary building dimensions and location as well as our accessory buildings. They also documented our driveway, walkways and parking slabs. That were very professional and didn't take long to complete our 3 lots. We want to thank Mindy for working with us via email and offering more patience than I would have ever expected.

I can't say enough about this company! I contacted Beth last night via email needing an elevation certificate ASAP in order to close on a house next week with my husband. She said call her around 9:30am, but that she would make it happen. I called at 9:30am expecting to possibly schedule the survey and she said it was done and we'd have it by 3pm! Wonderful service mixed with excellent technical! We have been using R.W. Krebs for our Flood Elevation Certs on our FEMA project and they have always had them complete with a couple of days and had the originals ready for us to pick up the next from their office or mailed to us.
