Noe once dreamed of running his own Professional firm and first began designing his way from a young age. He developed a passion for building his career working in engineering surveying projects while still in college.

Noe is an expert consultant for examination development for the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists, and he has attended related engineering & surveying courses and seminars for the last 14 years, now he oversees the creative direction at California Land Surveyor as well as business development.
