I just spoke to Matt, the owner of Blue Oak, with a question regarding property lines. To make a long story short, we are building a fence on our property and I had some questions regarding survey reports and property lines. Matt was a great help. He graciously took the time to speak with me and answer all my questions and even offer his advice on what to do in the situation - all of this free of charge with no pressure to use his services.
As a new home owner, I have found that many "professionals" will try and take advantage of "newbies, " but I am happy to say that this is not the case with Blue Oak. I would highly recommend Blue Oak based on the honest, kind service Matt has shown me. Thank you Matt!
