Established in 2014, we aim to meet our clients' needs with quality work done in a timely, efficient manner. Every surveying project has its own, unique characteristics. With over 20 years of experience in the surveying profession, we approach each job with professionalism and a desire to deliver a quality product.

Allen Yard, PLS, a native of Waterford, Pennsylvania, holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Education from Grove City College. Upon college graduation, Allen accepted a position as a survey crew rodman for Terry Land Measurement, in Fairfax, Virginia. During his employment there, he progressed from rodman to party chief as he gained knowledge and honed his skills in topographic, boundary, and construction surveying and drafting. In 1993, Allen returned to Pennsylvania and, in 2005, obtained his Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.

Over The Hill & Far Away Mountaintop

Stopped into the office and discussed having my property surveyed back in 2017. Was told I would hear back from him within a few weeks. About two months went by and nothing. Spoke with him again and he told me he would be in contact soon. Never heard from him again. While he was friendly that did not get my property surveyed. If you can't or do not want to do a job just say so rather than stringing along a client.
