I have plans and specifications created by FPA. I also have 4 steel poles supporting a cracked roofing support beam that sits under tonnes of wireless equipment. And it took me crying on the phone to get a senior person to listen to my concerns about the gravity of the situation. And he still didn't show up until I screamed about not wanting to die.

My company was using French & Parrello back in the 80's on a commercial level for shopping centers and were very satisfied. Our HOA used them about 8 years ago for a basement wall evaluation and we followed their advice. To date, that wall hasn't leaked. They are very knowledgeable and always acted professionally. Would recommend them for both residential and commercial purposes.
