Hard to get a call back infact impossible.zero follow up service. Just my opinion.

My home plat supposed to be done in 3 days but now it's more than two weeks That I still waiting to hear from them! They don't response Emails or call. I'm going with another company.

I ordered a survey of my property and it was done rather quickly, but the only problem I have with this company is the lack of communication, you always have to send multiple emails to the owner to get a response back, and that response is most definitely not immediate. The phone number never picks up and you have to leave in voicemail which you never get a response back either. Overall they get the job done, but definitely there is a lack of communication between the client and the company.

I highly recommend NoVA Surveys. Tom was very responsive over email and his quote to survey my townhouse was one of the cheapest I received ($300). I didn't need to be home for the survey and he had the plat to me digitally in 3 business days as well as mailed me scaled hard copies. It was exactly what I needed for a construction project and couldn't have been any easier.

I don't go out often, but often when I go out it's to the State theater.

I needed a survey done last minute and reached out to NOVA Surveys on a Friday. I read previous reviews that they will not give you a warning they are showing up, but to be fair, he told me in the quote that I do not need to be home as there is no need to enter the house. I have a doggie door so my dog has access to the back yard, so I just asked for a heads up.

He sent me a text the next day with plenty of notice that he was on the way so I could make sure the dog was kept inside. I was so excited when I received the survey 3 days later and the price beat all other quotes! They really helped us out! Even our contractor was shocked I was able to get the survey that quickly. Highly recommend!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Asked for house plat, was told they will be out within couple days. Got a bill the same day I called to schedule, I paid the invoice in full. After two weeks later, didn't received my new plat either in digital format or paper copy. Called the company and left a message but not a single call back. They took my money and got nothing in return. WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid this outfit! I paid to have a survey done and stakes. They finished a week late. Then when I needed the surveyor (Tom) to draw in and calculate an area for an addition he went silent. If it is outside of his ability just say so, he did not respond to 5 emails and 3 voicemails for over 7 weeks before I had to hire another surveyor and start all over.

They took 2 days only to complete my house survey wow! Price was very competitive too. Great job Mr. Tom

We had scheduled the survey for a Wednesday the following week. My 14 year old son calls me on Sunday afternoon while I was out at the grocery store to say that a guy was in our backyard. He didn't knock or call to notify us that he would be there, he just showed up. I rushed home and find out that there were actually two guys there one of which was parked in front of our house in his car.

The guys left after a while and said that they didn't have the equipment to mark the corners and flag the property line so they would need to come back on Wednesday. On Wednesday they didn't show. I called the office and was told they were busy and would be there on Thursday. Again on Thursday there was no knock or call to let us know they would be there.

My wife steps out the back door to let the dog out and finds one of the workers sitting in our deck chair smoking a cigarette. The property marker that borders my neighbors yard goes way into his yard and is comically not correct. I tried calling the office and no one answers or returns my calls and voice mails. I also have not been billed or received the plat that I ordered. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional service and policies.

He will not certify his surveys and does not care if the client for a loan will lose $10,000 dollar in the process because he is not willing to add the client's and lenders name on the survey. He advise he does not care and as long as he gets paid

Pricing came in well below other survey companies, and came out with pretty short notice. Plat was written within a couple days of the survey and mailed me a bunch of hard copy plats to save me time on printing for permits. Would strongly recommend.
