Report
Surveying and Mapping: a process of direct measurement and analysis cial features on land or in the air, space or water for the purpose of producing accurate and reliable maps, suitable for visualization if needed, of such documentation. As-Built Survey: a survey performed to obtain horizontal and/or vertical dimensional data so that constructed improvements may be located and delineated; also known as a Record Survey.
Boundary Survey: a survey, the primary purpose of which is to document the perimeters, or any one of them, o a parcel or tract of land by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments, and boundary lines for the purposes of describing the parcel, locating fixed improvements on the parcel, dividing the parcel, or platting.
Condominium Survey: a survey performed pursuant to chapter 718, Florida Statutes; includes a Boundary Survey.
Construction layout Survey: the measurements made, prior to or while construction is in progress, to control elevation, configuration, and horizontal position and dimensions.
Control Survey: a survey which provides horizontal or vertical position data for the support or control of subordinate surveys or for mapping.

I applied for a survey I put the all information about my empty lot after 4 days They told me where is located it, I explained everything again, I waited 3 more days and the same thing again we don't know where is located it i don't understand why they don't want to work and I lost 7 days waiting for them, they need more people with more knowledge if you don't want any job please tell the customer as soon as possible but don't wait 7 days to tell me that you don't want to do it

This company has been in business for 12 years as of 2020, but they only have 16 reviews! Why is that? I found out the reason when I got a quote from them for a surveying job. We agreed on everything and then they turn around and said that they can no longer do it without a reason. When I asked to speak to the Manager, the manager was too busy to answer my call, so the sale rep said that because they are too busy! Lack of communication skills, no customer service what so ever, wasted people time!

We received and amazing and outstanding service from lebron group. our neighbor had an issue with us enroaching their property, so i contacted them, they were quick in resolving the issue for us, at no cost. you will they were very polite and kind, i fully recommend them, they wont let you down. thank you Raul for all the help!

I have seen many companies claiming that their service is the best, however at the time of the truth one excuse after the other in order to cover their tracks. With Lebron Group is a different strory. They go the extra mile for their clients. In my opinion, their customer service is one of the best in the nation. Gil Arvelo
