Site Planning and Erosion Control

AEG helps customers reach their purposes, such as building a large residential development, by delivering a quality, functional and economically viable site design that considers and addresses environmental conditions and Zoning and Flood Control Ordinances. We often deal with near un-buildable lots (lots that were left out by developers decades ago) .

Sanitary and Environmental Engineering

The EPA requested AEG (in association with JVP Engineers) to offer civil, structural, geotechnical and drainage design for Rock Creek Park Stables (National Park Service) for change of 10, 000 gallons of fuel in an underground storage tank (UST) in Rock Creek Park, in DC. Recent technological advances in remote sensing, seepage flow and data collection were included.

Even long after securing the building pemits and conclusion of the site planning work orders, our surveying staff can follow up quickly to offer additional work requests, ranging form setting house corners stake out, wall checks, reference bench marks for elevation datum, and building height elevations check.

Mr. Fernandez has more than 30 years of engineering experience, and is President of Advance Engineering Group (AEG) since 2001. He has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and a Masters in Seismic and Structural Engineering from Catholic University. He has been registered as a Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland since 1988.
