I strongly suggest you do not hire this company or at least do not pay them till the job is 100% complete or he will take your money and not complete the job. He took $250.00 to complete a survey prior to the installation of fencing under guise that he would return once the fencing was complete so the survey could be updated, I have not seen him since despite numerous requests, my refinance is hung-up waiting for this survey, now I will have to contract another surveyor to complete the job. Like they say, "buyer beware", this outfit has no integrity!

Mr Wilson failed to provide a complete survey we needed to close on our house. After we received the survey, which was a day later then promised, the bank informed us that the survey was incomplete. For the next 4 days we and the bank tried to contact Mr Wilson to update the survey with the additional information needed but Mr Wilson refused to answer or return any phone calls or emails. I have ended up having to pay for another survey in order to close.
