Services
As a civil engineering, land surveying, GIS, grants writing and materials testing firm, WLC Engineering and Surveying provides unparalleled customer service for quality-driven projects to public and private sector clients in Wyoming and Rocky Mountain West region. But, to really know about us, you need to know what we value most: integrity, relationships, and viability.
WLC Engineering and Surveying was originally formed as a Casper, Wyoming engineering and surveying firm, Worthington, Lenhart & Carpenter, by Spec Worthington, Elmer Lenhart and Jim Carpenter. In 2006, WLC changed its name to WLC Engineering, Surveying, and Planning to better communicate the services we provide while still continuing to recognize our founders.
To WLC Engineering and Surveying, every project is unique. We don't have a one-size fits all model that we expect your project to adhere to. By asking the right questions, we verify all of your project components including scope, budget, team, project management, communication style, and schedule are specific to your preferences and desired outcome.
Just as surveying is a core WLC Engineering and Surveying service today, land surveying has been a cornerstone of the company since its inception in 1948. With more than 275 years of combined experience, WLC surveyors have the necessary mathematical, technical and legal knowledge to execute a project above, on, or under the ground.
