I called and talked to a guy named Joel two weeks ago today about getting two properties surveyed for some construction work. He took down my info and said he would talk to the guys in the field about when they could get around to it and would call me back. Two days later I hadn't heard back so I called in again to ask. He informed me that they were really busy and would call me soon.
Last week I called in twice and talked to both him and another gal and they promised to get ahold of me but never did. I called again yesterday, talked to Joel at 4:00, and he said he would give me a call back by the end of the day with when they could do it. I didn't hear from him so I called in today, talked to a lady and I told her what I wanted. She said they were five weeks out for work. I would have been perfectly happy if Joel had said that the first time, but I called in 6 times to get an answer out of them.
