That's our constant mission at Brain Engineering. We are 100% CADD (Computer Aided Drafting & Design) driven. We were the first in our region to use fulltime GPS in our surveying. Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) provide more precise and accurate measuring. As the president and co-founder of Brain Engineering, Mary Anne provides research for surveying projects, and deals directly with all administrative and managerial issues of the business, such as accounting, human resources and marketing. Her diversified experience gives Brain Engineering a versatile, knowledgeable and proficient president.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.
I spent months working with Mike on subdividing my property-- having to chase him down multiple times through phone calls and emails.
Was looking for a Residential Parcel Split in Linn County. After working over a year with the county to get a conceptual approval on a minor sub-division and 4 months with Mike, he did not have the intestinal fortitude to submit my plans to the county.
I suggest his allegiance to his cronies at the county is more valuable to him than that of a paying customer. His unwillingness to submit my proposal, which was conceptually approved by the county planning and zoning committee along with the secondary roads department begs to question the professionalism of this organization.
If you need something that is cookie cutter surveyed perhaps this is an organization you may want to do business with. If you need someone to follow YOUR decisions and work with YOU I would suggest not wasting your time.
