Firing from Benchmark Engineering: 5/26/2020 I WAS FIRED without cause so Benchmark could prevent me getting unemployment. I was pressured to sign a false statement to defraud the recruiter. I was then sent a letter telling me I was furloughed. Benchmark is still claiming I quit and preventing me from receiving unemployment. I arrived at work at approximately 8:15 am.
I was locked out of the timekeeping program. There was a false document on my desk requesting my signature. It stated that I had only worked 20 hours a week from April 22nd, 2020 to May 22nd, 2020. I took a photo of this document. I contacted my lawyer who informed me I was fired once I was locked out of the time keeping program. Later that day I WAS TOLD I WAS FURLOUGHED as long as I signed the false document for Benchmark to defraud Hire Resolve (the recruiting company.) 5/27/2020 Benchmark reported to Work Force Services I had resigned. AFTER FIRING ME, and telling me I was FURLOUGHED until the fall, the next day I was told my furlough could be postponed for 2-3 weeks, working 20 hours a week in another attempt to defraud Hire Resolve, and avoid me qualifying for full time unemployment, with the implied implication I signed the false form to help Benchmark defraud the recruiting company. 6/2/2020 May 28, 2020 Revised June 2, 2020 Jessica Hall 7316 S525 E Midvale, UT 84047 Re: Notice of Furlough Dear Jessica Hall, We regret to inform you that as a result of COVID-19 and the resulting disruption to your availability andschedule, we have opted to place you on furlough. 6/24/2020: I received a text message from Mindi Leach at Hire Resolve the recruiter, saying Benchmark had falsely told
