Flatirons has conducted multiple types of surveys at our property as we progress through the various Building Permit requirements for Boulder County. They are incredibly thorough and even called us to alert us when a couple of monument markers were inadvertently moved by others. Very professional and responsive--highly recommended!

You may want to consider more carefully who you hire. Unless you are ok with your employees making disparaging remarks to women on social media.

I reached out to Flatiron for a quote on a ISP for my property and was disappointed with the entire interaction for a quote and ultimately went with someone else but want others to know so they aren't overpaying. 1) I had to followup a few times to get the quote after being told I'd receive it within 24 hours 2) When I did finally receive it, it was 3x (over $4,000) the other 2 quotes I received.

When I asked to clarify and for an itemized list so I could compare quotes and make sure the others weren't shorting me on something, I was told that's their best 'opinion' and no further details were given. It was pretty clear they didn't look at any documents I provided and just threw an unsubstantiated number out to see if I'd pay it.

Driving back home from work from Louisville to Longmont and one of your drivers is driving way past the speed limit, I understand we all want to head home but probably shouldn't be doing that with a car with your company logo on it super unprofessional and unsafe

Excellent service! In 1987, we had a Improvement Survey Plat (aka pin survey) done for our house during our renovation. Of course, I did not keep (aka, I lost) this document. In 2010, when we went to sell our house, I wanted to have this document. I called Flatirons and they dug thru their files and sent me a PDF. At no charge. Just the best.
