Absolutely horrible land survey company. They make tons of mistakes and when you point them out they immediately terminate your contract and tell you to find another company. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. McDonald's gives much better customer service than them. Very unprofessional and deceitful. Don't waste your time, look for another company.

BGT conducted a residential survey for me on a tricky hilly lot, with lots of redwoods, and no reference surveys on adjacent properties. Several architects, septic engineers, and the County Building Dept. have complimented the survey. I had a good experience communicating with Lillian prior to the survey date. And well after the survey was conducted, Lillian and Bryan have been responsive to my questions, and update requests.

This company has done multipple projects for my company, (Aiassa Designers). They were very promt when starting the job and were always on time when they said they would have the plans. If any questions rose from the county and the city, they were right on it. I would highly recomend this company to anyone. They were reasonable in there pricing and have an excelent turn around time.
