I paid over $ 1700 for making ground plans for a trailer. It's already 5 months and I have not received anything from them. The case goes to court and I notified the police about the fraud. Run away from them the farthest.

DO NOT USE these guys! They are the worst. They do what ever is easiest for them with no regard for how much the site plan will cost the builder. They take forever and when their plans are rejected by township engineers because they are wrong and need revisions, they tell you that the you "go back in the pile of work to be done". ie. You have to wait even longer because they messed up. These guys are absolutely terrible.

This is the type of company you want to avoid! They will hang up on you. They will not return phone calls. They will "be in a meeting" for 8 hours straight. After being hung up on, Lehigh was called back and asked "did you just hang up on me?" Response from Lehigh "Yeah. You're a pain in the ass." Just listen to how the lady answers the phone when you call. it sounds like she has builders yelling at her all day every day.

Everyone involved in the project started calling Lehigh in an attempt to understand what was happening after months of being hired. Including the builder who said "I usually don't have to call people and tell them to do their job." None of us should of had to call them, this is highly unusual. I'd be surprised if Lehigh Engineering Associates is still in business the way they operate.

A realtor involved said "in 25 years of being in the real estate business, I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional." Asking around the area why Lehigh was taking so long we heard that "everyone quit" early 2016. We were recommended these guys based on the way the company WAS. The other surveyors we talked to said they would of been done MONTHS earlier. Example; Lehigh filed with the County before the Township.

You are supposed to file with the township first and we hear any Engineer with any experience would know this. So this delayed our project further. Lehigh sent the landowner a bill for an extra $800 for attending to the mistake they made. Lehigh either didn't know that you file with the Township first or they did it on purpose. If they would of apologized for their job taking so long I might not of left a negative review everywhere I possibly could. But every time you would talk to them, they were arrogant and unprofessional. NEVER HIRE THEM.
