Below you will find a list of projects and their details that demonstrates the breadth of our experience.

Commercial Report

Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided plans for a new self-storage facility at the intersection of Gaston Day School Rd. and Hoffman Rd. in Gastonia. The plans for the new 34,000 sf, two-story facility included new utility services, stormwater quality and detention basins, and a small parking lot. A public water line exension was also required to provide water service to the site.

Government Report

Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided plans to install storm drainage and improve roadway pavement near a stream culvert on Holly Ridge Rd. in High Shoals. The existing handicap accessible parking spaces at the main branch of the Gaston County Library did not meet current code requirements.

Medical Report

Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. provided Civil Engineering Services associated with the construction of a new medical office building in Shelby, NC. The engineering plans for the 11,100 sf building included a 59 space parking lot, sewer and water services, and a stormwater quality basin to meet Shelby standards.
