Boswell Surveyors, Inc. is a Surveying Firm located in Burlington, North Carolina and has served this community and others around for over thirty years. Our company was founded on their beliefs of Honesty, Integrity and Hard work. Over the years we have constantly tried to give the highest quality of work to our clients and earn their trust and respect.
The purpose of a boundary survey is to establish the boundary lines of an existing parcel of land relative to the deed of record, conduct the necessary research, and collect the necessary field data to accurately determine where the boundary lines of your property are located. Property corners are then found and marked or reestablished if missing and marked. The results of the boundary survey are presented to you on a Certified Survey drawing which is a graphic representation of the parcel boundaries.

This company has no clue what there doing! Absolutely no clue! They came to survey my neighbors yard and put there line through my property! Now I have to go to court and prove that the line is wrong and I cant even pull out of my driveway because they sprayed the line wrong! You guys are corrupt and dont know how to survey!
