Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They lie. They steal. They're EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They said they "did extensive research and sent a crew out months ago then I canceled". They never did any of that. I had no contract with them. Now, they won't put me on their schedule for nearly 2 months and 2 days after I paid a 350 deposit I found a company who will do the job for less than half this place.

So I went to cancel and they are keeping 210 of my money for their "extensive research", none of which they can provide or tell me anything about. I guarantee they did NOTHING 2 days after I paid a deposit for a job that's not scheduled and wouldn't be for 2 months. Their bookkeeper is a LIAR AND A RUDE "woman". Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS company. Butler in Winlock is amazing and honest and professional.

That is who I will always be using from now on. Even with their "fees", I'm still saving a significant amount of money going with the other company. Honestly though, even if the other company cost me double, I would never use Bluhm for anything, just out of principle.

Everything turned out the way that we expected except for how long the guys actually spent on our survey site and this the cost. We were originally quoted between $740 and $1440 for marking corners on a 9 acre parcel of land; which we thought reasonable at the time. The two guys spent less than three hours and when I questioned why the bill came in at over $1,300, I was told that the guys were here for 6 hours.

They knocked on our door when they started at around 8 and knocked again when they were done, before 11 am. This was on Mov. 17th. Hard to figure out how they managed to squeeze all that time in. I'm any case we would not recommend this company based on our experience

I have been dealing with a boundary and easement dispute with my neighbor so I was referred to Bluhm to have a survey done. They were reasonable in cost as compared to 2 other surveyors, one was more and the other was less. The time it took for the survey to be finalized was excessive, was originally quoted 4 weeks from when survey was done and it took 9 weeks.

No communication when asked for updates. Gunner was rude & short with both myself and with my title insurance company when asked questions regarding the details of the survey and for follow up work to be done. Would not recommend this company.

Critical: Professionalism Very deceiving. Told us one hour for $135 and $150 to schedule. They were at our property for one hour and charged us $880. Called about the cost and Tina at the office was VERY rude and treated me like I was beneath her.

Company surveyed my property about a year ago. I needed them to come back out recently for a quick easement measure and they were able to accommodate my needs. I will continue to use if needed in future. Highly recommend.

Called requesting very specific surveying information for my property (regarding exact easement location/mapping for planning information) This company proceeded to survey the 4 corners of my property without my consent or agreement, using 3 already-known locations, without providing any of the requested easement information and without any follow-up whatsoever except a bill in the mail.

Never received a description of the work to be performed, a contract to consent to or sign, or any kind of information whatsoever other than the 4 corners of my property on a map along with a bill for almost $1,000. This is no way to do business.
