I would give zero stars if I could. Neil does NOT respond. Worst, rudest, experience ever for paying someone $1200 for a survey. Wouldn't make suggested edits and instead of calling me and having a conversation as to why he couldn't make my request happen he just ignored the request until I chased it. And even after that, he didn't respond. 0/0, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and get another surveyor.

Critical: Professionalism I placed a call this morning to get a quote. Neil came across short, rude and acted as if I was wasting his time. If you are looking to get a quote done your time will be better used calling another company that does surveying.

Recommended by a relative who'd worked with him in the past. Emailed 3 times providing property details/questions and then following up. Called 4 times to follow up the emails (all over a 3 week period) regarding his future availability and pricing to perform a survey of a platted lot in Elk Rapids. No response. Finally caught him today (he actually answered his phone).

After hmmming and spending time finding my email he said he was pretty busy. Asked for ballpark pricing. no, he didn't have time to do that Said my need wasn't urgent, could we go ahead and schedule something in a month or 2 when he would be available? He basically said he was only interested in / had time for working with his 'regular clients' and I'd probably want to take my business elsewhere. I always try to use local, small businesses to support the area. This response totally astounded me. 2 stars instead of 1 since my relative had a good experience.
