It takes more than seniority to be part of our leadership team. We are seasoned professionals who take pleasure and pride in grooming younger professionals for careers marked by achievement and excellence. We are also a diverse group of forward-thinkers who understand that the most effective leadership welcomes novel insights and perspectives in order to find effective solutions to the problems our clients and communities depend on us to solve.
Services
Whichever engineering services your project requires, you'll leverage our vast experience and meticulous attention to all the details of civil engineering, transportation, land architecture, and land surveying that impact quality, schedules, budgets, and - ultimately - project success. You'll also work with a well-rounded team of professionals who understand that soft skills, like collaboration and good communication, are just as important as our design skills in making your project a success.
Keck & Wood has a long history of volunteer work, and gives employees time off, up to eight hours a year, for their service. Like our vocation, our avocation seeks to have a positive impact on the lives of people throughout the communities we work and live in, and beyond. All Keck & Wood employees are invited to join their colleagues in supporting the many organizations and efforts the firm is involved with throughout the year. The goal of the can drive is to collect enough food to stock Salvation Army food pantries for an entire year.
We're an employee-owned company that welcomes diversity of every kind in our civil engineering careers - including experience. Interns, recent grads, and seasoned civil engineers, landscape architects and land surveyors all working and learning together is what makes our workplace culture dynamic and what gives our firm the energy and drive to take on challenges with proven skills and fresh insights.
