Trico uses state of the art, technologically advanced field equipment-3D Scanners, Trimble GPS sub-meter and sub-centimeter receivers, and Radio Detection line locators. All crews are equipped with 4 wheel drive pickup trucks and smart phones. ATV vehicles are also available at the request of the client.

Services
For over 30 years, Trico has specialized in pipeline surveys throughout the United States. Trico's team of surveyors have worked on various pipeline projects ranging from a few hundred feet to hundreds of miles. Trico has performed surveys on all phases of pipeline projects, GPS control networks, preliminary route surveys, meter site/compressor station surveys and as-built construction projects.
With experience in both industrial and residential drafting, Trico is pleased to offer a complete line of mapping services. These services include, but are not limited to, property plats, topographic drawings, permit drawings, volume calculations and alignment sheets (FERC, construction and as-built).
While Trico focuses primarily on pipeline surveys throughout the United States, we are licensed and available for many other types of surveys. Trico locates all existing features such as buildings, improvements, fences, trees, streams, elevations, etc. A detailed plan is provided showing all existing structures and contour elevations presentable to field personnel, developers, contractors, etc.

We were having a property line dispute and had contacted this company for help. They told me they were busy, but speaking with Jason, he had promise they would work us in due to we just wanted to find one pin on one corner. He faxed me an agreement, I signed and sent back.i left messages no response 3 months later. I told them to forget Ihorrible!

After almost a year of trying to get them to come out and mark the corners of a lot, I gave up. I called Deckard Land Surveying and had an estimate and work date set within a couple hours, and it was cheaper. Every time I speak with Shawn he says he will tell his manager and schedule a time. Now I can't even get a hold of Shawn or the manager, I can only get to their voicemails. They are still up and running, and doing surveying, so it has nothing to do with Covid.

I worked with Jason to have a rental property surveyed. He was very kind and helpful. I was pleased that he kept me informed during the entire process. Since I know very little about the actual process I was glad to get the additional instruction and information about the placement of existing rods & the new ones.
