We are a family owned business the began primarily to serve the local home owner, farmer and property developer. The company president Bradley Cross P.L.S. has over 20 years of experience on varied projects, including major highway surveys, surveying large international airports, cadastral surveying for forestry, mine surveying, detailed property boundary survey projects, ALTA surveys, Subdivisions, Condominiums, Townhomes and commercial projects.

An accurate and up to date survey of your prospective or recently purchased property will provide you with the knowledge of the location of your boundaries and third party interests in the property. With a current title report we can investigate how the evidence on the ground relates to the written legal description.
