Gary is a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Missouri Mapper. His experience in surveying and assessment mapping began in 1977. Over the past 37 years he has worked for notable firms in Springfield and Nixa, Missouri. In 1994, Gary started Drennan Surveying Services, LLC in Nixa, Missouri, which continues to provide services to the Southwest Missouri region.
Technically, a survey has to do with the determination of the relative location of points on or near the surface of the earth. It is the art of measuring horizontal and vertical distances between objects, of measuring angles between lines, of determining the direction of lines, and of establishing point by predetermined angular and linear measurements.
